Four Tall and Skinny Collages

I did these about 2 years ago, but I still like them.
I made the tea glass and nargile stamps by cutting up erasers

This one has a sprig of foilage from Greece.

This one has a tag I took off a pillow case in a hotel I stayed in.
It's a reference to the Orient express which ran from Paris to Istanbul.

An old Turkish stamp, a hookah (Nargile) pipe,
and drawings by Mimar Sinan for his famous domes.

  1. You are the collage queen! For the life of me, I can't do it.

  2. Nor can I, but I collect tidbits and leave them jumbled together, just in case they magically rearrange themselves into a work of art during the dark of night.

  3. Ha ha, I'll have to try that. Maybe a gust of wind... or an earthquake will create something remarkable.
